Downloaded image change size

I I am running the latest build of windows 10 and I have a problem

When I download a image from the web when its saved on my computer it has changed sizes say its displayed on the internet as 1000x1000 or what ever size it is when I look at the downloaded image it is always 225x225 I have tried different browsers and its just the same

Why is this happening please
