Hello !
After installation of Windows 10 1511.
When I try to run an ISO image, I receive this message : setup.exe has stopped working
and close the program.
Also I was receiving the error : Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has stopped working.
How can I fix these problems ?
Thanks you in advance !

First try....
Shutting down your machine (completely off, not sleep, not hibernate, not hybrid sleep), if necessary disconnect it from AC Power and if it's a laptop remove the battery, give it a minute or two and then restart it.
Manually check Windows Updates to see if
A. There is a possible reboot pending
B. There are any additional updates pending.

Right click the Start Button and choose "run" in the run dialog box type
winver
hit enter
What OS Build number are you showing?
IF everything is up to date it should show 10586.17

All seem to be OK.
I installed Windows 10 Pro fresh copy , for first time same ISO image , it is work very good.
I tried other ISO images to eliminate suspicions, same error.
I tried with Daemon Tools, Power ISO,Explorer Drive Tools,WinCDEmu same error.
I assume that an upgrade is not working OK,conflict something, but I do not have installation errors.

I assume you have un-mounted (ejected) the virtual drive from previous attempts to mount it, so that it is not mounted more than once.
Have you just tried mounting it natively, Windows 10 is quite capable of mounting an ISO from the right click context menu.

I was under the impression from your first post that your problem had to do with a Windows 10 ISO and I couldn't find any information specific to that particular situation, but.....
It looks to me that it may involve an Office Suite ISO and there are quite a few references to that particular issue
http://www.thewindowsclub.com/microsoft-setup-bootstrapper-stopped-working-installing-office-2013
OR
http://superuser.com/questions/639431/microsoft-setup-bootstrapper-has-stopped-working

There are also multiple other posts out there, referencing
1. The presence of remnants of the same or previous version installation being present after an unsuccessful uninstall.
2. A third party security suite causing issues with the installation.
3. Native EFS encryption or other third party encryption on the drive you are attempting to install to.

I am having the same problem. In the OS build number, it shows 10586.218. Kindly offer solution. I am thinking of going back to earlier build.
