ok, I think I figured it out fro reading other posts. Go to the control panel and look for troubleshooting. if you can not find it just F1 for help and type it in. it will give you a link.
On the top left of the screen you will see a View All. click there and at the bottom you will probable see a Windows Update issue. Click on that and let it fix the issue. My installed seemed to start after that
