Dropbox appears three times in the startup folder. One (I think the only necessary one) shows 32MB size, the other two 3.4MB, which I think are unnecessary. Can I remove those two? How to do that?
Thanks

My guess is the larger one is a download for an installable program while the 2 smaller ones are the files to actually start the install, one is a duplicate of the other and may have (1) added to the name, common when saving 2 identical downloaded files to a Folder.

Thanks for your responses . . . my take away from this: It's not worth worrying about. I have to conclude that the starup items have little, if any, negative effects on how the system is performing. I hope to learn how to remove 'extra' items in the startup folder some day.
