Stuck on start up page

Welcome to the forums Kyle :). When you stay startup page, do you mean the Windows 10 boot logo (a blue "Windows" logo)?

Do you have a Windows 10 rescue DVD or USB drive? You may need to try a startup repair or system restore, and will likely need this (you can make your own on another PC using this tool: https://www.windows10forums.com/articles/how-to-download-windows-10-iso.35/).

Sometimes, after several failed restarts, Windows 10 will automatically try running startup repair. Has this happened yet?
