I can't see the image that you've attempt to upload to your post, but.....
IF you can share some information about your specific computer, Manufacturer's Name, Model Name, Complete Model Number.....
Perhaps someone might be able to suggest something to try, like......
IS there a physical switch or button on the computer or a FN Keyboard combination (as is the case with some laptops) that can be used to physically enable the wireless radio?

Hi, try clicking the WiFi button in the Action Centre flyout. (Click the icon in the system tray with an info tooltip that pops up and says '...... notifications' to see the flyout).

Also check there you're not in 'Flight Mode'.
I don't think MS has made this very clear or obvious.

(That's all assuming your WiFi is set up correctly and capable of functioning- have you previously been able to use it?).
