I'm not sure whats going on here.
I have a laptop with W10 on. I normally just shut the lid which makes it sleep. After 3 hours it will then hibernate.
Occasionally (every 2-3 days) when I press the power button to restart it, it all comes up OK and my apps are still there and working.
BUT! when I move the mouse over the task bar at the bottom, I get the scrolling cursor (round and round). If I click down there, then the task bar disappears and re-appears and disappears and re-appears etc etc. All I can do is to hold the power button down for 6 seconds and then reboot the system. Then it's all OK for a few days.
Has anyone seen this sort of behavior? If so, how did you cure it?
Alan
