Hey guys I need your help!!
When I start my PC (Windows 10) I get this message everytime "There was a problem starting winscomrssrv.dll" and I do not know why. I hope someone clever can help me out.

Download, unzip and run "autoruns" as administrator (right click the .exe and select from context menu)
Use the various tabs and see if you can find it and uncheck it
