Hi I am running Windows 10 fully installed 64bit system.
When i boot up my desktop this message appears before i open any other software, it does not tell me which app is the issue i click on Close the message disappears and then reappears more or less every minute to a maximum of 10 times after that it will not reappear until i reboot or restart. (i have stopped all startup programs including 3rd party in an attempt to find the issue but the message keeps appearing)
I have seen messages saying about a having 32bit windows installed and requiring upgrading to 64bit but i started using windows 10 when it first came out as a 64bit upgrade with no issues, and in December 2015 i did i full reinstall of a windows 10 64bit with no issues then during January 2016 (approx) this started started to happen. I think that it could be an update that has caused the issue. Has anybody else experienced this issue if so how have you solved it. Or does anyone know of a report i can run that will tell me which app this is related to (or number of apps. All apps that are on my desktop are are 32bit or 64bit)

The only time I have seen this issue is when either......
Logging on with the hidden Administrator's account, or.....
When the UAC (User Account Control) is set too low on the account your are using to log in with.
Take a look and see if adjusting the slider back to the second notch from the top "Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer (default).
See if that makes a difference.

Hi Noob,
Many thanks for your reply, i have done as you have suggested but that has made no difference.
In the meantime i have been doing some other testing as when i disconnected my Ethernet cable the Error message above appeared again 10 times so this morning i have deleted and re-updated the driver again no effect, then disconnected my Ethernet cable and driver then went to usb wifi to see if that made any difference again no difference. I am using a Gigabyte GA-M720-US3 motherboard which does not have drivers for windows 10 but ok for Windows 7, as my thoughts are coming down to there being an issue with that, as i do not have any issues with my other 2 systems running windows 10 the only other possibility is my graphics card which is a Nvidia Quadro FX 1700 again not the latest type.

Try clean booting the system and see if that produces any relief. Run it like that for a day or two and check Windows Update manually in the interim to make sure everything is up to date.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
Use the steps for Windows 8 / 8.1 (same for Windows 10)
Easily done and easily undone.
You're basically just disabling all Startup Items and all non-Microsoft services. Do no mess with the Microsoft services. Be sure to check the box to hide them before proceeding.
See if that helps at all.

If you are still getting the same error even in a clean boot state, then.....
Check the Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application Logs and see if there is any reference to.....
App Crash, App Hang, App Failed or anything similar which might give you a pointer to the specific software causing the issue

I have just run the event Viewer and saved the errors to a text sheet of which i have attached most seem to be Windows errors, i have also run system scan in Command Prompt it says that it was unable to fix some corrupt files, it a quite a big report that i will have a look through. Would you mind having a look at the text sheet and see what you think stands out.

There is too much histroical data in that file.
You need to focus on errors (time and date) preceeding, during or immediately following your problem occurring.
The only thing I see which looks like it might need some immediate attention is .....
Code:
Faulting application path: C:\Users\Mick\AppData\Local\Temp\971CF30A-9FEA-4DD0-889D-BABAC70AAA9C\driver_cleanup_tool.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Users\Mick\AppData\Local\Temp\971CF30A-9FEA-4DD0-889D-BABAC70AAA9C\driver_cleanup_tool.exe
FIRST because I'm not familar with it, and....
SECOND because it is running from a "Temp" folder.
Have you scanned the computer for malware?

These are the programs I use to generally delouse a computer with virus and or malware issues.
ADWcleaner from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/
JRT (Junkware Removal Tool) from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/junkware-removal-tool/dl/131/
RogueKiller from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/roguekiller/
Norton Power Eraser from here https://security.symantec.com/nbrt/npe.aspx
Malwarebytes from here http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/confirm/
SuperAntiSpyware from here http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE
Ccleaner from here http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard
TFC.exe (Temporary Files Cleaner) from here http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/187-tfc-temp-file-cleaner-by-oldtimer/
ESET Online Scanner from here http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/
Eset online scanner is a bit different than the others in that you need to either use
IE or download and run their smart installer if you're using another browser. Then tick
the radio button that says "Enable detection of potentiall unwanted application"
Then click the link that says "Advanced settings", then check all the boxes except the
one that mentions "Use custom proxy settings", unless of course you're using a Proxy
Server. Then just click "Start", it will do a thorough system scan so it takes a long
time.
I don't check the links above everyday, so if you have any problem with any one of them then just Google for the program name but use the site names that I have recommended since I'm relatively certain they are free of extraneous garbage.

Hi,
Once again many thanks for your help yes i had scanned for Malware with malwarebytes and i have just done another scan today (all clear) the tool that you are on about was Acronis driver clean up tool as i was having an issue with re-installing it so i downloaded their cleanup tool to get rid of any leftover data. I am due to go on holiday later next week so i am going to take all 3rd party software off over the next couple of days to see if there is any improvement if not, i will do a full reinstall of Windows 10 and monitor each day what happens and only reinstall one piece of software every few days so that i can monitor it and try to find out what is the cause once i have done that i will put a notice on the web to let people know what has caused the issue.

Hi Noob,
Just to let you know that i have just uninstalled Adobe CS6 Master Collection and from my computer and the early signs are that it has solved the issue as i am now not getting "This app can't Run on your PC" message so it looks like that has been the cause of the problem. I have looked on the Adobe website at issues with windows 10 and they recommend not running it on Windows 10 as they do not want to be updating it trying to get everyone onto subscription. It doesn't matter about other people who have bought CS6. :)
