Transferring everything to a new computer

I'm purchasing a new PC desktop. How do I move everything from my old PC to my new one? Both have windows 10.

First create a restore point on the old PC and back up the old drive. If anything could happen it will.
I have an inexpensive program called PC mover that does the job.
Or as I've done many times, you could simply copy your important personal files documents photo's...to a CD/DVD. or Thumb drive and the transfer the files into the appropriate folders on you new PC.

There was not long ago "Windows Easy Transfer" too; but, for some unknown strange reason, Windows 10 no longer supports the program. LOL

+1@ Norton, I used EaseUS todo pctrans for a long time. Its by far the best one I've used.
