I was running 17074 with no issues. The windows insider program started to update to 17115. There are 2 accounts on the computer. Power outage. On restart was only able to run on 1 account with build 17074. The other account appears to be on 17115 but won't open when attempting to login. Crashes with a BSOD. System exception error. Attempts to reinstall windows on either 17074 or 17115 fail. The 17074 installation states that there is a newer build already running. Any help to fix this problem would be great.
