Unable to Click on Windows UI

Ever since I updated to Windows 10, none of the Windows UI have been clickable for me, the only way I can navigate through them is with the tab key and the arrow keys and hitting enter. I can move my mouse and can see my mouse, everything looks normal. When I try to click something, either with my mouse or my touch pad, nothing happens. I'm using a Lenovo ThinkPad T540p. It's starting to get really annoying because I can't use the calendar app, or the alarms app, or any of the other pre-installed Window's apps
