Unable To Download Win 10 Update

evrytime I try to update win 10 I get this message
there were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:
version 1607 error 0x80248007

I have tried the update trouble shooter no luck
Also tried microsoft support but no answers to the problem there
Have received lots of advice but none has solved the problem.
If Microsoft cannot answer the problem is there anyone anywhere that can

This problem occurs when some files in the Windows Update are missing, or when the Microsoft Software License Terms cannot be located by Windows Update.

So, perhaps start by running a System File Check followed by a DISM Restore health command. Both are run from and administrative command prompt. Let us know what the utilities work as far as completing without errors.

sfc /scannow

dism /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Thanks for your suggestions but using them has made no difference, still unable to download windows 10 feature update version 1607. error 0x80248007.
No more time to fiddle about
