Unable to load pictures.

I've been trying to upload pictures from my camera using the USB lead, however I try the Photos box comes up with some of the pics from the computer and a further box saying "we couldn't find any pictures to import " Can anyone point me to what I'm doing wrong I've tried changing AutoPlay to no avail.

It may be due to the fact that your device (camera) is not supporting windows 10 yet or at all. If you have an SD card for the camera...I would just use that to move your pictures. That is if your PC/laptop has an SD card slot.

I had no problems from ME onwards and the camera Nikon D7000 loaded perfectly before now wont even load into Adobe Cc. I did have something came up before which had "sign in " at the top but missed what it was and hasn't come up since.
