Unable to rid Win10 of Bing & MSN

Using the Hub/Settings I was able to alter my initial search engine to 'Google'. Any subsequent tabs are not given this option but are given the choice of opening in Bing with an MSN news feed or a blank page. Anyone know how I can get rid of Bing and use Google please? Thanks.
