Update 7/16/2017 screwed up right click -- can't create new folders etc.

Great...another total implosion after a Windows 10 update...suddenly can't right click on desktop, can't open picture files from my phone, and can't do anything else without waiting a long, long, long time -- screen froze on my Superantispyware and required hard shut down... what the heck Windows...seriously, these aren't updates, this is sabotage...any help appreciated.

it might be related to what version of W10 you have installed?, try an upgrade if you have an older version:
