Updates not downloading

I have a Surface Pro that will not download updates from Microsoft.

When I check for updates they are found and show what they are but they will not download. The progress bar
shows 0% and does not move.

I have tried the download troubleshooter and it shows that it could not identify the problem.

I use Edge for browser if that makes any difference.

One of the downloads is a hardware download dated 7/28/2015

I checked my history and I have not installed any updated since 12/13/2015

[Trouble]

Make note of the actual Knowledge Base Number (i.e. KB999999999), then.....
Use Internet Explorer and go here http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx
Plug in the KB number in the search box and see if there is a stand alone installer available for the updates you're having trouble with.

I read on Microsoft Community that you could not manuall download and install updates on Surface Pro. Do you know if that is a fact and if I do will it case any problem?

Advise.

I tried downloading the updates: KB37132372 could not be found.
KB3124200 found the update but when I tried to download it I got page could
not be found message.
System Hardware Update 7/28/2015 Could not be found.

Any other suggestions?
