Windows 10 upgrade stuck at hi there, get a few basic things out of the way ( language, country,keyboard layout, time zone). Next button inactive. Upgraded from IOS after multiple failures. In clean boot and not transferring any personal data or apps.

What is "IOS" isn't that an Apple Operating System?
Have you tried using the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keyboard combination.
I've heard of similar issues where the upgrade seems to be stuck and sometimes that will move things along.
Also we've heard that any number of attached peripheral devices can cause the upgrade to apparently hang at various places along the time line.
IF you have any USB devices attached, except a USB Keyboard and a USB Mouse and a monitor you might want to try physically disconnecting them and see if the process will progress.

I also having the same problem
