USB Power Share Port

Hi everybody :
I have a Dell Latitude 7490 with a USB Poer Share Port. Can I use this as a "regular" USB Port ? Or is this just for charging USB-based devices ?

I haven't yet had any issue with normal USB with the charging type. I only have it on a 4-port USB 3 Hub.
