SFC runs and finds corrupt files and is unable to fix them. The CBS.log that is created is a couple miles long and full of data that is meaningless to me. Stuff such as:
"
2016-02-14 18:38:04, Info CSI 00003ed5 Warning - Overlap: Directory [l:64 ml:65]"\??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" is owned twice or has its security set twice
Original owner: Microsoft-Windows-shell32, version 10.0.10586.103, arch Host= amd64 Guest= x86, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}
New owner: Microsoft-Windows-shell32, version 10.0.10586.103, arch Host= amd64 Guest= x86, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}"

"2016-02-14 18:38:04, Info CSI 00003ed9@2016/2/15:02:38:04.115 Primitive installers committed for repair
2016-02-14 18:38:04, Info CSI 00003eda [DIRSD OWNER WARNING] Directory [l:45 ml:46]"\??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\en-US" is not owned but specifies SDDL in component Microsoft-Windows-Speech-UserExperience.Resources, arch Host= amd64 Guest= x86, culture [l:5]"en-US", nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}"

"2016-02-25 08:27:57, Info CSI 00004fc0 [SR] Verify and Repair Transaction completed. All files and registry keys listed in this transaction have been successfully repaired
2016-02-25 08:29:58, Info CBS Trusted Installer is shutting down because: SHUTDOWN_REASON_AUTOSTOP
2016-02-25 08:29:58, Info CBS TiWorker signaled for shutdown, going to exit."

Is there a way to correct the found corruptions or to interpret what the log file is telling me?
