SOLVED What happened to my "Recovery" drive?

Hi, I have a HP laptop with W10 fitted from new. It has a Drive "E" (Recovery). I notice now that the drive is blank. There is absolutely nothing on it.
Does anyone know why this could happen please? I did not delete the info, but this would explain why I am having some problems which I didn't have before.

Is there anyway I can recover my "Recovery" Drive please???? Perhaps a link from somewhere?

Oh well, still missing. Nobody can help. HP won't help either.

I do not have a "recovery" drive on any of my laptops, however, I have a hidden folder by that name in the root directory. That folder actually is empty (no files in them that Windows can see).
