SOLVED What is DESKTOP-ICJIPJS

I am attempting to clean up my Windows 10 apps, and delete those I will never use. I came across this one, listed under "C": "Connect".
Clicking on this causes a window to open. (See attached photo)
I would like to know what this is.

Just a wild guess shot in the dark but it looks like it might be a computer that is currently an active wifi hotspot.
It might be any computer in relative close proximity. You might check some computer names of the machines on your network that are equipped with wireless.
Anything in the programs and features applet in the control panel suggesting that it would or might be a actual program of some sort?

Hi "Trouble,
Following your good advice I checked Settings > Projecting to this PC. Sure enough I found the mystery code. I turned the option,"Off". We will see what effect this has.
