Where to find Normal.dotm in word 2010

In Word 2010 my blank doc is not blank anymore how can I find it in windows 10 to fix it?

Hi,

• First shutdown Microsoft Word 2010 (you cannot edit or delete Normal.dotm while Word is active
• Press Winkey + R to open Run dialog
• Type %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates then click OK or press ENTER key
• If you now delete the Normal.dotm file, then restart Word the default blank version will be created, or if you all ready created a back up version you can rename it to Normal.dotm
