Win 10 File History

Just curious; do members use the built in Win 10 backup/File History. What's your preferred method?
I prefer to do a at least 3 system images and 1 full back up with disk image on my external USB drive.

It's not a bad feature. Reminds me though of Office and its relentless attempts to back up as you compose a new document. I guess if I was working on a thesis I might want an hourly backup of files, but I prefer to use images and system restore points generally.


if you are modifying a lot of documents from your %userprofile%\Documents folder it could be handy as we all get forgetful at times especially when concentrating on the work.
