Win10 does not open.

Hp Pavillion with win10. Was on Chrime browser when it froze. No mouse or keyboard available. Lost power for few minutes.

Had to press power switch to turn pc on. Looked like it was starting win10, blue screen with circular buffering tthen a nice scene wallpaper came up with clock & tiny monitor icon on lower right of monitor screen. No wireless kb or mouse. No login & password box. Windows never opens. Don't have recovery disks.Swapped to alternate kb & mouse after changing batteries, but no change. What do you recommend?

Try a wired keyboard and see if you can login. If so you might need to reinstall the drivers for your wireless keyboard/mouse.

same issue,tried logging in to safe mode to do a restore but windows password not recognised
