Window Mail app error

today out of no where this error popped up error code 0x80070003. it says my two email accounts is out of date. I tried to fix but did not work.
what troubleshooter do I need to fix it. I search on Edge a link popped up to fix but it was to a third party more then happy to take my money to fix it.
my system was up to date I first thought a up date was coming threw but it dad not say there one. I checked up date history there was no bad up dates.
Finally if need can I remove the mail app that came with Win 10 and reinstall it?

Are you using POP or IMAP? Using POP will cause the "account out of date" error. MS likes IMAP. Hope this helps.

I have discovered that if I disable the Windows 10 Fast Startup the Mail App sync problem goes away. It can be found in the 'power' options.
