Windows 10 and Epson stylus r300

My Epson R300 does not want to print keeps saying there is an error. I posted this question about 4 weeks ago, had great answer and followed advice and sorted it. Unfortunately I have now experienced loss of start menu and icons on the desk top, and although I can access files the start menu still not working. The printer still worked at this point.
I followed suggestion to Set up new log on for myself but now I can't get Epson r300 to print on either log in page.
Suggestions greatly appreciated specially whoever gave me advice last time
Also any one else who has lost the start menu and recovered it...... What did you do?

I have an Epson Stylus Photo R260. The Epson page for Windows 10 support had the drivers/software that got me up and running. Select your printer from the menu and good luck!

Does anyone have the solution to the Epson Stylus R300 giving the error print message since the Windows 10 upgrade. I have reinstalled the drivers and that hasn't helped at all.

Did you try downloading the Windows 10 drivers from Epson's site?
