I am running Windows 10 with the latest updates. The time settings are for automatic handling of daylight savings time changes. When daylight savings time ended on Nov. 1, the time display for my PC was incorrect (early) by 1 hour. I am in Toronto (eastern standard time) with a GMT of UTC - 5 hours. To get the correct time I had to reset my location to Atlantic time or UTC - 4 hours. Has anyone else had this problem?

After upgrading to the latest Windows 10 revision, the daylight savings time setting was corrected. Hence this problem is solved.

Thanks for the follow-up.
A bit of a strange solution but still, good to know.
Much appreciated.
