I have windows 8.1, on Jan. 4th ,2016 I down loaded windows 10, my data service shows that 3+ gigs where used at the time of my down load. Windows 10 is not there, it doesn't show up in my down loads, it's not on my computer that I can find. I'm on a 10 gig a month data plan so down loading it again isn't an option. HELP

IF you've downloaded the Windows Update you should have $WINDOWS.~BT (or something very similar in name) in the root of C:\
It may be a hidden file so you may have to adjust your view options with respect to hidden files and folders.
You can do this in file explorer by choosing the View tab and selecting the Options ICON and then Change folders and search options
