Hi,

I've had some problems with Chrome for the last six months or so- basically hanging and recovering after a minute or so. Not sure if that was restricted to Chrome as some other programmes could be used. Possible that it was a wifi connectivity issue. I installed Malware Bytes a week ago, it identified three possibly problematic files in Chrome and removed them, but doesn't seem to have helped.

Anyhow, I'm now getting a new problem which is more serious and i don't know if its connected. Windows hangs, the cursor doesn't move and i have to hard reset. Doesn't appear obviously linked to a windows update.

Could anyone give me some advice please on how to diagnose? Thanks.
