I have been awaiting windows 10 rest, after several hours it shows " Your PC ran into a problem inaccessible_boot_device".

I do not have any recovery files. I afraid if will lose my Genuine Windows 10. I have purchased my HP PC from shop. I could not find the windows 8 sticker on back side of my Laptop. But, the system was running genuine windows 8.1. I think there is an motherboard embedded product key. How to solve this issue... I am very much sad if I lose my original Windows 10.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
I've seen a couple similar issues both here and on other forums.

The general consensus seems to be that the BIOS was either pre-configured by you or perhaps system defaults to set your drive controller mode to RAID and the installation / upgrade to Windows 10 did or does not accommodate that setting, so.....

Have a look in your System Setup Utility (BIOS) and first check that your boot order is correct and it's pointing to the proper drive that contains your install.
Then check your drive controller mode and see what it is set for and make a note of that.
Then try experimenting with other settings that may be available. SATA (AHCI) SATA (IDE) Native (IDE) hopefully one of those will work and at least get your over the hump.

You can always go back into the BIOS and change it back to its' original setting.

Additionally...... resources permitting (another computer that is working), you can obtain the installation media and boot from that and attempt a Startup Repair which may help.
