It would appear that for some reason the native Check Disk utility is running against that particular volume \\?\Volume {Hex}
Have you check event viewer logs -> Windows Logs -> Application -> use the menu bar -> Action -> Find and type chkdsk
See if that provides any information as to what is going on.
For some reason the volume is being marked as "dirty" prompting the check disk to run.
I would strongly suggest backing up all your critical data as well as creating a disk image, soon.
Have you ran a simple mountvol from an elevated command prompt to see if that path points to a mount point with an associated drive letter or if it perhaps the EFI or MSR partition?
Possible values for VolumeName along with current mount points are:

\\?\Volume{df09a6df-1b45-4658-aa63-0338b4bd864b}\
C:\

\\?\Volume{15a2b946-0000-0000-0000-100000000000}\
D:\

\\?\Volume{aa9db57f-0000-0000-0000-100000000000}\
E:\

\\?\Volume{b9104983-c2d9-48ed-91da-364cd952b538}\
*** NO MOUNT POINTS ***

\\?\Volume{d5e0b15d-58ee-11e6-a0ce-806e6f6e6963}\
X:\

\\?\Volume{d5e0b15e-58ee-11e6-a0ce-806e6f6e6963}\
Z:\
Pasting the above path \\?\Volume{b9104983-c2d9-48ed-91da-364cd952b538}\ into the run dialog box and hitting enter or clicking OK, reveals that the "NO MOUNT POINTS" volume on my computer is the "Recovery" partition.

I have a similar problem with my Compaq notebook. When I purchased it win 8 was installed and it was fine. I later installed win 10 and again everything was fine. Several updates later all was still fine, then The Anniversary update happened and now everything is not fine. The problem is that windows is soooooooo sloooooow to load that its's a pain in the backside. Tonight when I switched on I had to wait for an hour whilst the little ring of dots went round & round & round. Not knowing what to do I eventually tried the old Ctrl/Alt/Delete move and low and behold the sign in screen appeared, was this just luck, coincidence or what! Once I was in there were no further problems.
