Windows 10 - No Log In box appears?

I just installed latest windows 10 version. Now when I start up my computer I get that fantastic (sarcasm) intial screen with landscape picture, date, time. When I hit a key to bring up the login box and password nothing happens. The date and time disappear and then they come back 1 minute later. Basically I'm unable to access my computer at all.
Any ideas?
I already have a clock. I don't need one as expensive as a PC!

Hold down the Shift, and then restart.
When the machine boots up again, it will give you some options.. You obvious choice will be "Troubleshoot". Then go to the "Advanced" option and further to the Startup settings

You should find that it can offer you the login screen, as it should be. If not, go through the process again and select safe mode.
