Windows 10 not recognized

my pc came with windows 10 n I downloaded it in set up but I cant use it, its not recognizing I have it and in the store app I cant download anything besides social media apps. I keep getting viruses even tho Norton is active and constant updates that I have to pay which I already purchased with my laptop under a year ago. any one know why this is?

Is W10 activated? Is it uptodate ? Do you have a Microsoft ID and logon?

You say you purchased Norton a year ago, was that a one time purchase of a years licence.
