windows 10 operating manual

Along with the Getting Started App, there are a number of resources available that might help someone figure out how to use Windows 10.
That is..... once it actually works as well as its' predecessor that you upgrade from (or at all).

Not much help to those who have experienced a catastrophic "upgrade" to a computer that is practically unusable but for those who's installs are working fine, a reasonable collection of resources.
