Windows 10 PC crash/Freeze randomly

After upgrade my machine to Windows 10 (Full machine i7 , 64 GB, 240 SSD, plugged on UPS also ), freez randomly. !!
I did :
Memtest, check disk, sfc / scannow , all drivers updated, BIOS updated.
Nothing found on log.!


Do you have an idea here!
