Windows 10 RAM Problem - Help :(

Disclaimer : All of this is copied from another forum that i tried to seek help ... I hope i gaved you the info you need to be able to help me.

Hello there so i have been using WIndows 10 from the first day i got the notification. I upgraded from Windows 8.1 everything was fine until one day that i realised something is eating up my RAM. I've opened windows task manager ... did some 1+1+2 math and i find out my Ram usage did not add up. I thought doing a clean windows install would fix it. But it didn't, it made it worse.
I did a new clean windows install just 5 days ago.... and the problem still persist.
Sympthoms: When i boot the windows i start with 20% Ram usage (Somewhat normal , few programs opened) After i use the computer for a while Ram usage is increasing don't know why.. and it's going up...
Things i've tried : Many , Virus check - Virus free, Disk defragmentations, - Defragmented, Ccleaner - Cleaned, Poking in registry file with random guides from the internet, disabling useless services.

Example of too high usage, no programs opened, uptime of pc 5 hours. (If it matters in these 5 hours I played lol, had skype,steam,utorrent,google chrome opened

The Unknown Ram Eater keeps eating up my Ram if i don't restart my pc.

What happens if you clean boot the system?

Use the steps for Windows 8 /8.1 they're the same for 10.
What does you CPU and RAM usage look like in that situation?
