SOLVED Windows 10 shuts down during startup

Earlier today I shut down my computer and when I went to restart it it would not complete the device check at start up and shut down before the bios even. I disconnected deviced one by one till only the power lead was connected and it still shut down. I then opened the box and found the AMD fan had broken the plastic Fan retainer and was just hanging by the 3pin connector so I manufactured another retainer from the broken retainer and put it back together and all good now running again I must admit this fault I had not seen like this before and it had me worried and cursing microsoft for the recent updated untill I found it was a broken retainer this is solved just sharing the info.
