Brand new Asus M32 desktop, opened box, registered system, installed office, upgraded Win 7 to Win 10, after OS download computer went into sleep mode. Now all I have is a humming fan and a black screen. Seems USB ports are not working or allowing it to "wake" upon a mouse shake.
Did hard restart 3 times and nothing. How can I get this thing to operate?

I had this issue on my dell precision 490, eventually I found this option right click on windows icon (bottom left of home screen) "Power Options" - "Change plan settings" - "Change advanced power settings" scroll down to "PCI Express" - "Link State Power Management" changed the setting to "Off" and apply. Test by "Sleep" from "Power" (Sleep / Shut down / Restart) options by pressing Windows key. Worked for me!
