Yep..... that would be the profile folder(s) for other users on that computer.
Are they active users?
IF so, have them log on and run Ccleaner against their profile and see if that gets rid of much
https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/portable
I also use TFC https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/tfc/
AND
ATF http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/atf_cleaner.html
Nether of which are suppose to work with Windows 10, both of which absolutely do and they always seem to pick up a few megs here and there that Ccleaner misses.

IF not, then you can remove them using the The User Accounts applet in the Control Panel -> Manage another account
Just make sure you don't end up with no users left that are members of the local administrators group.

I am the only user on this computer and verified that in account manager. I will try the Ccleaner. Thanks

So when you Click on "Other People"
And then click "Manage other people"
It doesn't show any other users?

Have you checked C:\Users
That's typically where the user profile folders are located
