Windows 10 - Stuck in infinite Restart loop

When I got on my computer this morning, I was notified of updates. I used the restart button on the notification page thinking this would start downloading the updates. However, the computer has been stuck in Restart for 3 hours. Microsoft... can you access my IP and stop this loop? Is there anything I can do to stop this loop?

Checking my own update history, the only update that I have that required a restart occurred back on October 29th. All subsequent updates from windows update have been Defender definition updates.

How long have you had Windows 10 installed on the problem machine.

Boot from the installation media (or recovery disc if you made one) and perform a System Restore from the Advanced Troubleshooting screen to a point in time before the issue, perhaps a couple days back or so.

The installation media can be obtain through either of these two resources.

Once you have the ISO, you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD or Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive, either of which you can use to boot your computer.
