Windows 10 update problem

since an update in December my computer "can't access my windows account". pictures and files are not available. does anyone know how to correct problem?

Hi Rita,

assuming you can boot into W0, create a new user with a local account and make it Admin, then try viewing your files in the other user accounts folders and copy and paste them both to the new user folder and to a back-up USB stick/external drive!. :)
