I updated my Dell Laptop to Windows 10. Since then, I must reboot my computer once I have turned it on and entered my password once. Otherwise, I have no internet access. I have heard that there is a Dell program that needs to be eliminated as it is the one that prevents my connection.

As a test can you take a look at your power options
Right click the Start Button and from the context menu choose Power Options (should be near the top)
From the left column select "Choose what the power buttons do"
Near the top select the link that says "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
Uncheck "Turn on fast startup (recommended)"
Click the Save changes button
Test and see if that helps.

You may not find that option on your Dell. But the airplane mode may be on by default.
Click Start and the settings gear
Click "Network and Internet"

Go down to Airplane mode and click.
Make sure it is "Off"
