I have a Asus x555u.
My sound started glitching out on my laptop yesterday, making wierd popping sounds while listening to music or youtube. I eventually restarted and it continued to do that. I also had mic issues on TS3. Apparently my audio quality sounded like crap. I tried to record my voice to test it with the windows voice recorder but I couldn't play back the file. Just gave an error of some kind. I tried to install WTFast a bit later but was getting a registry error. An access denied error when installing it. I gave myself permissions to the key in the registry but it would not work. I tried and tried and tired. I took ownership and did everything I could. Still failed. I suspected a virus because too many things were acting up, so I tried to re-enable Avast! (I had it temporarily disabled earlier that day) but it was giving some endpoint error when I tried to re-enable it. I can't remember the exact error codes. Anyway, the antivirus would not enable itself. So I decided to restart, but in the back of my head I knew my pc wouldn't boot up again, as I've had lots of experience with these things. I rebooted and bam, I got the error irql_not_less_or_equal (tcip.sys). It will NOT boot in safe mode, there is nothing I can do. I tried to repair with a Windows 10 ISO on a usb, but of course, has startup repair EVER EVER worked? I tried resetting my OS but I get the error that the drive is locked and I must unlock it first. I tried SFC through the CMD through the USB, but it starts, and doesn't show any percentage like it should. It stays empty. Just showing "Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.".I tried booting Mini XP from Hirens boot CD, and I get a BSOD complaining about my BIOS not supporting ACPI or something. I tried installing Win 7 on a usb for Win to Go but it gives a quick BSOD that I can't read then roboots. I tried running Windows 7 in safe mode but the loading BSOD on loading disk.sys. I took my HDD out of my laptop and inserted it into my desktop. All my files are there, I can access them. And I'm very sure my HDD is in good condition with no corruption (it's a 3 month old laptop and I ran chkdsk). I don't know what to do now. I need some help from the experts. I tried booting my Windows 10 from my laptop HDD through my dekstop but it just shows a blank cursor, unlike my laptop which would show the BSOD.
My laptops HDD is currently inserted into another Windows 10 desktop PC. What can I do from here?

I suspect that, that is a typo and the actual faulting driver is tcpip.sys which would suggest a problem with your network stack.
That can be caused by a number of different sources.
A bad network driver
A third party security suite such as Symantec / Norton and many others.
I wish I knew off hand which drivers that Avast might have added so I could suggest that you go into C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and break them by renaming them from whatever.sys to whatever.OLD and seeing if that might remedy the problem. Maybe Google for the names of the drivers that your version of Avast might be using and see if you can discover their actual names or perhaps Avast support community might have that information.
IF you have a USB Dongle attached to your computer that supports wireless networking, you might try removing that and see if the computer will boot either normally or in Safe Mode.
Additionally, just to cover all your bases you may want to take some time to test the system's memory
Download Memtest86+ from this location here. Burn the ISO to a CD and boot the computer from the CD from a cold boot after leaving it off for an hour or more.

Ideally let it run for at least 7 passes / 6-8 hours. If errors appear before that you can stop that particular test. Any time Memtest86+ reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad Mobo slot. Perform the test RAM sticks individually as well as all possible combinations. When you find a good one then test it in all slots. Post back with the results.

See this Guide to using Memtest 86+
Sometimes those irql_not_less_or_equal errors can indicate a bad memory module or slot, but.....
It's more than likely a driver problem.

Have you attempted to boot from the installation media and use the advanced troubleshooting options and tried a system restore from there?
