Windows Account Sign In Missing from Startup Screen

I updated from Windows Pro 8.2 to 10 a few months ago. Yesterday, a critical update was installed. Now my startup screen does not have a place for me to enter my Microsoft Account email and password. I've tried System Restore from 5 different restore points, and all have failed (see attached screenshot). Any suggestions?
