When I sign into Windows this message appears for several seconds before the Desktop appears.

C:\Program Files\Tablet\ISD\ISD_Tablet.exe
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permmissions to access the item.

This only began recently and it doesn't always appear every time.

Do you have an active PEN or Wacom PEN on your system? If you do, have you opened any user interface which controls its buttons?
