Whenever a program says I need to reboot and I click on that to do so I end up with a black screen requiring I hit the reboot or even power button to restart.
If I shut it down and turn it back on it will still say a program requires you to reboot. The latest was with Kaspersky Total Security.
Not sure where to start. I recently downloaded the 1809 build and did a re-install, didn't help.
