For those of you who have just moved from Windows 10 Versions 1607 to the new Creator Version 1703, you may want to log into Store and check for updates to the Universal Apps.

I found 11 new updates today.

This is a very old thread, but I want to add something fairly important.
I have just completed a CLEAN install of Windows 10, using the media creation tool. No third party software added.
As a result of a remark made by a colleague, I then entered the store and looked for updates. To my total astonishment, although this was an unadorned installation, there were 24 updates waiting for the windows standard applications!!

Same for me on my clean install. AFAIK....it's always been like that. Windows update is separate from MS Store updates and one has to manually check it. For me anyway as I turn all the app crap off and I uninstall almost all of those apps. Not sure if that plays a part in it.
