Windows store not working including built in apps like: Music, Video, etc

I cant open these apps inlcuding the windows store. After I upgraded my windows 8.1 to windows 10 I did a virus scan with malware it detected like 19 problems and I deleted it and it rebooted my pc. then after that my windows store is not starting up the folders are even gone ( even the new media player are not working. I tried to do a system restore but natta. I also tried to look at the files at malware but its not there anymore. I did the cmd nor powershell but its not helping. please help THANK YOU
