Use Internet Explorer and go here

7/11/2011 1.31.0.0 14.9 MB is for a 64 bit system
AND the slightly smaller
7/11/2011 1.31.0.0 12.2 MB is for a 32 bit system.
They both appear to be a bit old for Windows 10 but the list says "Windows 7,Windows 8,Windows 8.1 and later drivers" so they might work for you.
I can't say if they include the networking component or not all I can suggest is to give it a try and see if it'll work.
